When it’s simple, it’s Sustainable

You’ve heard it before, consistency is key!

To get the most out of your supportive supplementation, it should be seamless and easy. We can fill our shelves with all the minerals and vitamins, or we can take just a few products that cover many bases.

The Reality of Soil Depletion

To put it simply, the average modern person is more nutrient deficient than ever for a few reasons, fundamentally due to deficient foods, toxic overload and out of balance biology. For the most part, modern soils have become depleted from decades of intensive farming resulting in lowered overall nutrition, both in saturation and spectrum. Many of these nutrients are produced by bacteria that are destroyed by pesticides and other agro chemicals. Minerals like boron, selenium, silica, gold, iodine, B12 and macro minerals like magnesium and potassium are either much lower than required or completely unavailable from the foods where we could historically find them.

With greater environmental pressures in the from of pollution, radiation and emotional stresses, we burn through the minerals and nutrients much faster than our ancestors which can lead to a wide set of health issues. This has left us in a unique situation where supplementation can be a powerful or even essential way to fill these gaps that may otherwise be difficult or impossible through your normal diet alone. When we are nourished at a cellular level, health can be more easily experienced inside and out!

Where to start?

We say keep it simple and employ products with leverage!

It can be intimidating approaching supplementation with a plethora of herbs, foods and products to consider using. Many of which have overlapping benefits, little to no benefit or even negative affects. We understand that food derived nutrition is preferable to synthetically produced products as they’re much more recognisable to the human body and often come in an intelligent and balance form as we see composed by plants and organisms. Marine phytoplankton and Shilajit are particularly dense and complex in their nutrition, in our evaluation making them our choice as a superior source of nutrition and an excellent starting point for most people.
